license drop

Releases a floating license. This command can only be executed for floating licenses.
If not executed, the license will be released after a certain period of time (approximately 30 minutes by default), so this command does not necessarily need to be executed. It can be used when you want to release a floating license immediately.

Returns (0) if the license release was successful, or (1) if it failed.
A message notifying the result of the command execution is also displayed on the console.
