Customize behavior

Overview

This section explains the items that can customize NDGit's behavior and how to set them.

List of custom items

Custom item	Description	Default value	How to set
Verify merge inconsistencies	Set whether to automatically check the merge results and abort the commit if there is a problem. Check the following. ・ Exceeds the maximum multiplicity limit for a field	Off	1. Click [Git] > [Settings] > [Option Settings] on the ribbon. 2. The [Option Settings] dialog box will appear, so turn the [Verify merge inconsistencies on commit] check box on or off. 3. Select what to verify ([All loaded model files] or [Only model files being committed]). 4. Click the [OK] button to close the dialog.
Automatic staging on commit	Set whether to automatically stage changes when they are committed.	Off	1. Click [Git] > [Settings] > [Options] on the ribbon. 2. The [Options] dialog will appear, so turn the [Automatically stage changes on commit] check box on or off. 3. Click the [OK] button to close the dialog.
Automatically display output window	Set whether to automatically activate the output window when NDGit logs are output.	On	1. Click [Git] > [Settings] > [Options] on the ribbon. 2. The [Options] dialog will appear, so turn the [Automatically activate output] check box on or off. 3. Click the [OK] button to close the dialog.
