Visualization of traceability between design outcomes

Traceability is essential in software development. In NextDesign, traceability between design outcomes is defined as a derived relationship. You can now define a derived relationship between models of classes that have a derived relationship defined, and you can check the traceability on the trace page or in the trace between editors.

For example, if you want to define software requirements and the software components to realize them, and define traceability between them, define the following metamodel. Here, you need to pay attention to the direction of the derived relationship. Define the derived relationship from the "derived destination" to the "derived source".
