When you open a document output file in HTML format in a browser and select some models from the Navigator tree on the left, the model information may not be displayed correctly, such as being blank.
Cause
When outputting a document in HTML format, the file name is based on the model name. The Windows file system has a limit on the length of the file path, and in the following cases, the limit will be exceeded and the file cannot be handled correctly.
- The model name is long
- The location where the HTML file is stored is deep
Solution
Please shorten the file path using the following method.
- Store the entire HTML file in a location with a short folder path (such as "C:\work"
- Review the model name
