When generating a document in PDF format, a PDF file is generated that includes the cover page and table of contents.

PDF can handle headings up to level 9, so all headings of level 10 or higher will be output as level 9. The same is true for Word format.
Images included in documents generated in PDF format will be in low resolution. If you cannot see the contents of a large image, divide it into smaller images before generating the document.
